Overview of Workshops
COVID 19 is increasing our stress and anxiety as well as stripping away many of the things we do to manage our mental and emotional health. Changing working patterns, self isolation, and the risk to the health and safety of ourselves and others are the challenges we are facing. HealthyMinds@Work can help and support your people’s ability to cope, hold hope and to perform in the midst of these demanding times.
We are running a variety of online workshops, facilitated sessions and individual and group supervision and coaching to help. We can cover the areas below or tailor to your specific needs.
